What exactly is junk food?
It’s name tells it all . The food which is of no use……The food which is junk is junk food.
The food which is tasty….The food which we like to eat.
chips,pizza.soft drinks and even biscuits count in it.
Although junk food and fast food makes you feel full and satisfied, they lack all the
necessary nutrients like proteins and carbohydrates to keep your body energized and healthy.
When ever we are hungry we eat some or the other junk food .
Not only that instead of drinking some water when ever we are thirsty we buy a soft drink.
Firstly it has a lot of calories , Secondly it is harmful for our health.
We can eat junk food but not every day or every week.
What do you think , do your parents don’t like to eat junk food even they like it but they know that it is not good for health
so they eat healthy food and a balanced diet .
Our parents always tell us to not eat junk food and we think why do they say that.
But it is for our good.
I too love junk food but as my parents are concerned for me they just allow me to eat junk food
once a month or even less.
